Hindustan Aeronautics Trainer Aircraft – yes you read it right, but this blue aircraft is retired and is resting in front of Dharmasthala Car Museum.
From the stable of Hindustan Aeronautics
According to the information board in front of this two-seater aircraft, the Hindustan Aeronautics manufactured this trainer plane in 1972. After 20 years, the Indian government gifted this plane to Dharmasthala Temple, which is now in front the car museum.
We were on a temple tour mostly covering temples in the southwest regions of Karnataka state. When we arrived at Dharmasthala, the temple was hugely crowded due to holiday season and of course due to a special day too.
Since we had to return to Bengaluru on the same day, we decided to visit only Dharmasthala Car Museum.
No photography inside Dharmasthala car Museum
The Dharmasthala Museum opened the doors to us but did not allow the camera shutters to open. I could not get even a single photo from inside the car museum. They do not allow photography inside the museum.
